Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every subscription to the Revendor service. By subscribing, you accept them without reservation.

2. Seller

Revendor is published and sold by:

3. Definitions

  • Service: the Revendor browser extension and its associated features
  • Subscription: the right to use the Service in exchange for a recurring payment
  • User/Customer: any natural or legal person subscribing to a Subscription

4. Plans and pricing

Revendor offers the following subscriptions (prices include tax):

  • Starter: €12.99/month or €124.70/year (i.e. €10.39/month) — for occasional sellers
  • Growth: €29.99/month or €287.90/year (i.e. €23.99/month) — for regular sellers
  • Elite: €59.99/month or €575.90/year (i.e. €47.99/month) — for professional sellers

The annual subscription gives a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate.

Prices may change at any time. Any change will be notified to customers at least 30 days before it takes effect.

5. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are taken out online on our site. Payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Payment is due on subscription, then on each monthly anniversary date.

6. Duration and renewal

Subscriptions run for one month and are renewed automatically at each due date, unless cancelled by the Customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a physical medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express agreement.

By agreeing to start using the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access to the Service until that date. No pro-rata refund is made.

9. Changing subscription

You may change your subscription (upgrade or downgrade) at any time from your account settings.

  • Upgrade: the new rate applies immediately, pro-rated
  • Downgrade: the change takes effect on the next billing date

10. Warranties

Revendor undertakes to provide a Service that matches its description. In the event of a malfunction, contact our support at [email protected].

11. Limitation of liability

Revendor cannot be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data, etc.)
  • Penalties or restrictions imposed by third-party marketplaces
  • Service interruptions beyond its control

Revendor’s total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer over the last 12 months.

12. Data protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Where the Customer entrusts Revendor with personal data concerning third parties, the data processing agreement applies.

Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. We will provide the details of the competent mediator on request.

14. Governing law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

Revendor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale. Customers will be informed of any change by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
